What is Plandid?
Plandid is a personal, structured visual photo journal for your phone. It turns photos from your camera roll into chronological Moments with map lines, date badges, and custom stickers, giving you a meaningful place to keep your memories.
Is Plandid a social media app?
No. Plandid is built from the ground up for an audience of one. There are no public follower counts, no algorithm feeds, no likes, and no stranger discovery. Your journal is strictly yours.
Do you track my live GPS location?
Never. Plandid never requests background location permissions and never tracks your real-time whereabouts. Coordinate data is only read from the EXIF metadata of the specific photos you deliberately choose to include in a Moment.
Who can see my photos?
Only you. All photos are stored in private Cloudflare R2 buckets protected by strict Row-Level Security in Supabase. Photos can only be accessed with short-lived presigned URLs generated for your authenticated session.
What happens if a photo has no GPS location?
If a photo doesn't contain location metadata (for instance, if it was downloaded from WhatsApp or Instagram), Plandid simply displays it in your scrapbook sequence without a map coordinate pin.
How do I delete my account and data?
You can permanently delete your account at any time in the app via Settings → Delete Account, or through our web portal at plandid.life/delete-account. Deletion is immediate and permanently wipes your profile, database rows, and cloud photos.
