Child Safety & Minor Protection

01Core Commitment & Age Classification
- Plandid is dedicated to creating a safe digital environment for youth. The platform operates strictly as a 13+ service:
- • Under 13: Strictly prohibited. Children under 13 cannot create or maintain accounts.
- • Ages 13 to 17: Permitted under high-protection privacy defaults and protective safety architectural standards.
02Age Gating Architecture (13+ Enforcement)
- Plandid enforces age compliance through both client-side and server-side mechanisms:
- • Mandatory Onboarding Gate: Every user must submit their birthdate during onboarding. The date picker is constrained to a maximum date of 13 years prior to the current date. The gate cannot be skipped.
- • Database Trigger Enforcement: A PostgreSQL trigger (tr_enforce_profile_min_age) rejects any profile update or insertion where the calculated age is under 13 years old.
- • Under-13 Discovery & Removal: If an existing account is found to belong to an individual under 13, the account is immediately terminated. All associated media assets stored in Cloudflare R2 and records in Supabase Postgres are permanently scheduled for purge. Parents or guardians can submit deletion requests at contact@plandid.life with the subject "Minor Under 13 Account Notification".
03High-Protection Defaults for Teenagers (13–17)
Plandid implements the principles of the Age Appropriate Design Code (AADC) and Indian DPDP child safety standards:

| Zero Data Sale | Personal data of minors is never sold, leased, or transferred to third-party data brokers. |
04Preventing Exploitation and Abuse
- • Child Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (CSAE) Prevention: Zero tolerance for CSAE/CSAM content. Immediate account suspension, data preservation for law enforcement, and reporting to authorities (including NCMEC).
- • Grooming & Inappropriate Contact Prevention: Because Plandid V1 has no social messaging or public following mechanisms, the attack surface for bad actors targeting minors is eliminated by architectural design.
05Parental Rights & Inquiries
- Parents and legal guardians have the right to:
- • Review the personal information Plandid holds regarding their child.
- • Request the deletion of their child's account and personal data.
- • Refuse further collection or processing of their child's information.
Requests should be sent directly to contact@plandid.life from the parent or guardian's email address. We verify parental identity before disclosing or deleting data.
