Even though Plandid V1 is built as a personal archive for an audience of one, we maintain rigorous safety standards to protect our community and comply with statutory intermediary and child-safety regulations.

The following violations result in immediate, permanent account termination and immediate referral to statutory authorities:

• • Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) / Child Sexual Exploitation and Abuse Material (CSEAM): Absolute zero tolerance. Plandid cooperates fully with the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC), law enforcement agencies, and statutory authorities in India and globally. All offending data and accounts are preserved for legal proceedings and reported immediately.
• • Terrorism, Violent Extremism & Threat to Life: Content promoting terrorism, violent acts, weapons manufacturing, or credible threats against human life.
• • Non-Consensual Intimate Imagery (NCII): Uploading intimate, sexual, or private imagery of individuals without their explicit affirmative consent is strictly prohibited.

• • Harassment, Bullying & Doxxing: Posting personal contact details, private residential addresses, phone numbers, or government IDs of individuals without consent. Using captions or stickers to humiliate, intimidate, or bully others.
• • Hate Speech & Discrimination: Content attacking, dehumanizing, or inciting violence against individuals based on race, religion, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or caste.
• • Illegal Activities & Controlled Substances: Facilitating the illegal trade of drugs, restricted pharmaceuticals, weapons, or counterfeit goods.
• • Intellectual Property Infringement: Uploading photographs or media belonging to others where you do not possess the lawful authorization or rights to do so.

• When a violation of these guidelines is identified or reported, Plandid takes proportionate enforcement actions depending on severity:
• • Level 1 — Content Removal: Offending moment, photo, or caption is permanently deleted.
• • Level 2 — Account Warning: Account receives a formal administrative notice.
• • Level 3 — Temporary Suspension: Account is suspended pending verification.
• • Level 4 — Permanent Termination: Account and all associated data are terminated, and device/email is barred from re-registering.
